I'm Shafqat. I ship code. I evaluate tools constantly — for side projects, for work, for fun. I got tired of reading review sites that are either vague marketing copies or affiliate-bait listicles.

techflakexists to be the review site I wished existed. The word "flak" means criticism. That's the promise.

The FLAK SCORE

A weighted composite of five dimensions: developer experience, documentation quality, pricing transparency, reliability, and support. Each tool gets a score from 0–100 with a full breakdown.

Above 70 is genuinely worth considering. 40–70 means it depends on your use case. Below 40, I'll tell you exactly why.
